Med Palace Marks 20 Years of Anniversary

Med Palace celebrated its 20th birthday – or perhaps its 22nd? – on Saturday, April 5th, with a glittering party in honour of its long-standing commitment to top-tier medical care. Over the past two decades, the clinic has built a reputation for excellence, attracting a distinguished clientele that includes academics, elite athletes, doctors, musicians, business executives and choreographers. Many of the guests invited to the event have been patients for more than twenty years – a true testament to their trust in the exceptional care they’ve consistently received.

After a welcome drink and a warm opening speech by Dr. Zsuzsanna Schmidt, a 30-minute film by Zoltán Kemenes was screened. Featuring many of the guests and staff members in attendance, the film was met with enthusiastic applause and heartfelt smiles.

The evening held a delightful surprise: the renowned cellist, Lajos Dvorák, member of the famous Budapest Festival Orchestra, gave a breathtaking performance of a Bach suite, holding the room in mesmerised silence.

Dinner was served shortly after at the superb Mandragóra Restaurant. Highlights of the menu included Hortobágy pancakes, perfectly roasted duck, and a showstopping deconstructed cheesecake.

As the evening continued, wine and beer flowed freely, conversation buzzed, and a tombola added a touch of excitement. A few lucky guests took home prizes, but everyone left with cherished memories of a truly special celebration.
